Please inspect your package upon arrival and place your claim within 14 days. If there is a problem with your mural, contact us immediately, and we will address it right away. Please be ready to send photographs of the product to email@example.com to help us solve your problem timely. If an item is damaged, or is printed incorrectly, we will review your photos and our production records to confirm the mistake and provide a replacement in a timely manner.
We will not accept any claims after 14 days after you receive your product. We will not accept any claims after the product is installed. Please hire a qualified installer to handle your mural with utmost care and professionalism.
As our products are created specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns due to a change of plans, or after they are installed, as we cannot re-sell it.
